products’ HPGBS™

Superior Energy Efficiency

Building constructed using HPGBS™ are proven to use 50% less energy to heat and cool, require smaller HVAC systems, and boast insulation ratings of approximately R30 for walls (7" panel) and R50 for roofs (12" panel). These ratings are based on Cellofoam® Technical Data. Energy efficiency and insulating values will vary based on architectural design.

Manufactured to Project Specifications

HPGBS™ is custom built within our climate controlled factory to the required specifications for each project, ensuring integrity and accuracy. Green-Source Products provides structural and architectural drawings required for use of our product at no additional expense. After we receive sign-off on all of the detailed, stamped engineering drawings and a full set of shop drawings, fabrication can begin.

Exceptional Design Flexibility

HPGBS™ allows for exceptional design flexibility including curved walls, and can be used in conjunction with any type of interior or exterior finish.

Reduced Construction Time

Prefabrication at our manufacturing facility and ease of installation means that a building can be framed significantly faster than with traditional construction. Additionally, HPGBS™ can be installed in almost any weather condition, reducing weather-related downtime.

Easy Installation

Wall and roof panels are fabricated at our manufacturing facility and shipped to the project site ready to install, ensuring straight, square walls. HPGBS™ is lightweight and easy to handle; smaller handling equipment required means additional savings. Training your installation crew is a commitment we gladly accommodate.

Stronger Product Characteristics

Use of steel structural members eliminates problems with warping, twisting, bowing, moisture content, rot and waste associated with conventional wood framing. EPS is effective over a wide range of temperatures, resists moisture penetration, has a high strength to weight ratio, does not support bacterial growth and is resistant to most acids and alkalis.

Life Cycle Cost Benefits

Reduction in construction costs and resizing the HVAC equipment to a smaller tonnage requirement make HPGBS™ an economical choice. No lifetime performance reduction with the materials used offers an Owner a lifetime of benefits once built and occupied. Traditional fiberglass batt insulation can settle over time and the effective R-value of wall and roof systems using this material has been known to become increasingly ineffective.
